Pro drummer seeks new practice space

Pro level jazz/fusion/pop drummer with small drum kit (4pc.) seeking a new practice space. Hoboken, Montclair, Ridgefield, Fort Lee areas. Will consider others. This would be a monthly rental agreement. Not hourly. It’s just me. I have no other musicians with me. But happy to share a space with others. Must be able to accommodate my own private kit (small 4pc. 18” Bass drum). I do not practice on other people’s kits, house kits, etc. Space can be small but must be secure, clean, reasonable ventilation and free of moisture. Happy to share space with another serious, trustworthy drummer or band. Daytime is preferred but I can flex on that. Reply must include photos of space and pricing.
