Reports to: Construction Supervisor or Management Description: This position is for a Construction Laborer No prior experience needed Responsibilities: Performs all hands-on construction tasks as directed by the Construction Supervisor Works with crew leaders on construction tasks. Maintain quality of construction as directed. Must provide a safe working environment at all times by abiding by all County, OSHA, and EPA safety standards. Basic Skills and Physical Requirements Our company will train you with no prior experience is needed. Work will require climbing ladders and scaffolding, considerable standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching in awkward and tiring positions. Ability to work outside for extended periods of time during all months of the year Ability to maneuver over uneven ground Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted Ability to work and maneuver on balconies and high spaces Ability to work in tight confines Ability to perform all required on-site construction labor Other Duties as Assigned by the Construction Supervisor Must have driver license, but not a deal breaker. Must be able to travel distance for work and over night as needed. Must have basic tools knowledge
