Accepting bids for metal roof installation, sheetrock, siding, and vinyl laminate flooring. I supply a cabin on my ranch for the crew to sleep. Roof is approximately 17.5 squares and is very easy to walk on 3/12 pitch. The exterior siding to be installed is 8 inch by 12 ft long Hardie siding and all trim. Sheetrock: Approximately 125 sheets of 4 by 8 sheetrock. Install sheetrock,Tape and float only. Must be ready for texture. I supply all materials and housing. You supply tools and labor. You must have your own transportation. Your work must be professional. I pay in phases% completion. Must be willing to go to Corpus Christi Texas.
