It's World Nature Conservation Day and Dirt Corps is CELEBRATING! Join us for a restoration event with a focus on our Westcrest Park superstars- our Madrone Trees!
We'll be learning about Madrone's unique talents and how they contribute to our local ecology. A Special Guest Teacher is TBA, and we'll have more curriculum updates as we get closer to the event!
The beginning of this volunteer event will include a brief weed ID. Combine knowledge with action as we work to clear this beautiful space of harmful species that overtake the area. Many of you might already have this experience in your own backyard!
Dirt Corps leads volunteer parties at Westcrest every month. Get outside and learn about restoration methods while improving the health of a forested neighborhood park!
Follow us on Facebook and Instagram and www.thedirtcorps.com for event announcements!
