The Story We met Ana, the woman behind Fahrenheit99 + Co., at our Ukraine fundraiser event as she reached out to us when she heard about the event and wanted to contribute. Once we met her, smelled her candles, and heard her story we knew we wanted to carry her candles in our boutique. Birthed out of the pandemic as a result of being laid off from her job as a Cyber Security Engineer, Ana decided after some time off from work that she didn't want to work for anyone else again. She had always loved candles but wondered why the candles she would buy from big box stores never burned properly. They would never maintain their fragrance, have huge rings of wax around the inner edge, and would never burn all the way down. A bulb turned on in her head: to start her own company of non-toxic candles that smell amazing and aren't bad for the environment! The rest is history in the making... Come meet Ana and learn more about her candle making process by learning how to make your own non-toxic vegan candle!
