Family Yoga (ages 4+) Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Location: Soul Strong Sanctuary at 503 E Main St., behind Mercantile on Main. Please park on Lewis St. Family Yoga is a time where kids 4-years old and older can join their parent(s)/caregiver(s) for practice in a light-hearted, interactive environment. Work together as a family through partner poses, breathing exercises, focusing techniques, & more! Cultivate a deep connection to one another by bringing a focus to love & gratitude. Family Yoga is a great balance of fun & relaxation for the whole family. What to bring: You may bring yoga mats if you have them. If not, borrow ours for free! Price: WE OFFER A FREE FIRST CLASS!
