I haven't taken the tags off and can't use it. I can't return it now so I need to sell it. It's a size small and fits around up to 40lbs or so. It would fit something like a cattle dog or the like in size. It adjusts though so it could go a bit bigger. Pick up. Price is $20, it's a highly rated brand.
