About Diane
Diane turned to yoga over a decade ago to better manage her daily stress. Her mat became her island she escaped to have a “mini-vacation” from her day-to-day. Over time she found she was able to focus on mental clarity that led to a significant improvement in her emotional and physical health. Wanting to learn more about how asana and prana helps improve oneself, she sought out a 200 hour yoga teacher training course in 2017 with her intentions to deepen her own practice and help others through the science and philosophy of yoga practice. She currently is seeking another 200 hour yoga teacher training focused on body energetics introduce the science behind the emotional benefits of yoga to help students reduce their stress. Practicing with Diane will allow you to slow down from your busy day, gain inspiration, and maintain your inner strength with or without breaking a sweat.
