We invite you to get dressed in your finest formal wear and your flyest sneakers for an evening of music, dancing, art, and fundraising, all in the name of community development and youth arts programming. If you missed last years launch of the "Uptown FRESH Sneakerball," we are back with another evening of celeberation during Juneteenth weekend. During the event, you will have the opportunity to purchase the exhibiting art, network with business owners and community leaders, and potentially be awarded the prize of "Best Dressed Couple," the "Uptown FRESH Sneakerball King & Queen," or perhaphs you'll win the prize for wearing the "Best Custom Sneakers." Either way, we want you to come celebrate with us during this "Juneteenth GSO" gala... Come at 7pm for green carpet photos, interviews, and to be entered into the catergories to win the "BEST OF" awards mentioned above! If you want to be considered, you'll need to be in the building by 9pm (NO EXCUSES)!! Ballroom doors open at 8pm. We've include a VIP TICKET which comes with catering, drinks, and additional exclusive access!!! Dress Code: BLACK-TIE themed and ALL GUEST must wear sneakers. NO jeans, khaki pants, sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts, or casual attire permitted. Dress code will be STRICTLY enforced. Guest who are not dressed appropriately will not be admitted. Donations to the Uptown FRESH Sneakerball, through Uptown GSO, Inc. are tax deductible.
