Today, it seems that everywhere we go there's another coach, trainer, Facebook group, seminar, or self-proclaimed expert promoting a "Big Idea" to help us increase sales. I can't even imagine how to make sense of all this noise that newer agents receive. Over the past 22 years I have been a top producing agent here in the Carolina's. Best of all, I have learned to prioritize my time. I work predictable hours. I know where my next listing or buyer is coming from, and thanks to solid lead generating systems and focused lead conversion skills and training our revenue has grown year over year. It’s been a long road trying to figure all this out. The ups and downs of inconsistent commission income would keep me up at 2am.
