Daily Schedule: Check in From: 9-9:30am Warm Up: 9-10am Tournament: 10am-3pm Registration Fees: You may pay cash, card, or check on site! Please email [email protected] to secure your spot! ONLY AVLIABLE UNTIL MIDNIGHT APRIL 8th! $300 early bird registration will include your team's registration for all 6 tournaments including the championship. Once the tournament series begins there will be a slight increase. AVAILABLE DAY OF FIRST TOURNAMENT APRIL 9th! $350 will include your teams registration for the 6 tournaments including the championship. AVAILABLE APRIL10th - MAY 14th! $300 will include your teams registration for the final 5 tournaments including the championship. AVAILABLE MAY 15th - JUNE 11th! $250 will include your teams registration for the final 4 tournaments including the championship. AVAILABLE JUNE 12th - JULY 9th! $200 will include your teams registration for the final 3 tournaments including the championship. AVAILABLE JULY 10th - AUGUST 13th. $150 will include your teams registration for the final 2 tournaments including the championship. AVAILABLE UNTIL DAY OF AUGUST 13th - THIS IS FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP ONLY! $100 will include your teams registration for the championship tournament only. AVAILABLE FOR EACH TOURANMNET - EXCLUDING CHAMPIONSHIP ON SEPTEMBER 10TH! $60 will allow you for each individual tournament excluding the championship tournament on September 10th. Payouts: Tournaments 1,2,3,4,5 will pay out $250 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd place, and $50 for 3rd place. Championship tournament will pay out $500 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place, and $100 for 3rd place. $1000 will be paid out to the team with the highest points at the end of the tournament series on September 10th. Points will be awared and accumulated beginning at the May14th tournaments and will be awarded throughtout each tournament until September 10th and as follows: -For showing up and playing in a tournament your team will be awarded 5 points. -For every game won your team will be awarded 2 points. -For winning a tournament your team will be awarded 7 points. If there is a tie between the point leaders, there will be a single match played and the winner will take all. Rain Dates will be Sundays at 1pm. If the rain date is rained out then it is up to the tournament director if the tournament will be canceled or rescheduled. The Championship will not be canceled, but could possibly be rescheduled to due to weather conditions. ***THIS IS AN OUTSIDE TOURNAMENT** We will be doing our best to control all the factors that could affect play that we can. **THIS IS A TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL FREE EVENT** You may not drink alcohol or smoke at or around any cornhole boards during this tournament. This includes vaping. If you need to smoke, drink, or vape we ask that you do so outside of the playing area. We understand that some adults will want to drink during the tournament. While we have no issue with responsible drinking of persons 21 or older, we just ask that you do not drink while you are playing or in the tournament area. There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR PUBLIC DRUNKNESS. If we find that you have had too much to drink, you and your team will be required to forfeit and asked to leave.
