Wanted: seeded/cycled aquarium filter

Looking to purchase a seeded/cycled filter for aquarium. Needing to jump start my cycle ASAP as I’m due to have my baby at the end of the month via C section and won’t be able to do adequate full water changes in the tub I’m using during the healing process. If you have an extra to spare please let me know! Would love a sponge filter but would even be able to accept media for a HOB filter as well. Can trade a (dry, used) sponge filter for a cycled sponge filter if anybody is over filtrating and does not want to lose out on that. Text or email only, thank you.
