The food industry is changing. It’s no question the past few years have brought incredible challenges to businesses in the food industry and entrepreneurs have had to innovate to create new ways to market and sell their culinary creations. At ASSETS we like to look at challenges as opportunities. We are offering the Food Lab Summer Series to invite you to explore exciting, innovative opportunities as you consider ways to expand and enhance your business! Join us this summer on July 19 and August 16 for an exploration of business models and opportunities in the food industry. If you’re in the food industry and considering a pivot or want to stay in the loop about emerging opportunities—this series is for you! In this series you’ll hear directly from experienced peers with businesses in the food industry about their successes, challenges, and considerations—and you’ll gain inspiration, insights, and resources. We’ll also make plenty of time for Q&A and networking. Note: Please sign up separately for Part 1 and Part 2 of the Food Lab Summer Series.
