A/C Duct Repair

Need someone with A/C and duct installation experience to inspect and repair, if needed, ductwork located in crawlspace. Feeling some cold air blowing from under the house and assume that there is a broken or torn duct someplace. Also seems like the vents in the upstairs may not be blowing volume of air compared to downstairs. Would like any repairs properly done airtight with mastic, etc. Would also like inside and outside coils cleaned so you can add that into the time of your visit. Property is in North Charleston near North Rhett and Remount. I prefer to pay hourly for the work performed. Need professional-level work so ideally someone who's been employed in HVAC business.
