Students will be introduced to the various methods of sharpening lathe tools. The Sorby Pro Edge System, the Tormek, the WorkSharp, and the One Way Wolverine Grinding Systems, will all be discussed. Students will explore the benefits and differences between each system. The instructor will supervise you as you actually sharpen your lathe chisels, that you have brought to the class, on his preferred method of sharpening.
