Fitness In The Park!

This will be a 1 hour class that makes you feel liberated and alive! Come enjoy good music, vitamin D (from the sun), calorie burning, strengthening, and energizing exercise with us. No equipment needed.
What to bring: Gym shoes, water, sweat towel (optional), workout clothes is recommended.
This class is good for: Beginners, individuals who want to add more exercise into their routine, needs natural ways to energize, weight loss, exercise enthusiasts.
Venue: Dodge Park- You will need to park in the parking lot and walk into park. if you are having trouble finding the class please DM @thehoneyexp on Instagram
