Yes, they're back! Mama Gizzi Pasta's Summer series of unusually fun cooking classes! During July and August we are offering Ravioli Lollipop Making Classes. These small, intimate classes are interactive and a blast. For the ravioli lollipop class, we start out with husband John making fresh pasta sheets for use in the class. We then build our lollipops using ricotta cheese, a five cheese blend and fresh herbs. Make additional pops to bring home for your family. But that's not all.... Be prepared to cook and eat a Lolli in class, along with a bread breaking ceremony (fresh bread) and dunk the whole delicious creation in Mama's signature gravy (i.e. Italian tomato sauce). Thursday evenings are "Fun Night Out". Bring your girls... or guys... BYOB. The shop is yours! Saturday afternoons are "Family Fun". Bring the kids, grandma or grandpa, or Auntie Alice.
