1600 North Ave Apt 103 is a fake psychic! As someone involved in magic I can tell you that you can't be Christian and a psychic and she is one of the annoying Christians and has even physically assaulted her own next door neighbor for just playing System of a Down (her next door neighbor obviously has Armenian heritage and was not doing anything wrong)! I think someone should just let her know that it is spelled with an "o" at the end, not an "ic"!
