$150 - Need Repair for Screen Door This Afternoon - Before 2 PM EST

Hi There- The screen door at our home in Biddeford Pool requires repair. The plastic/vinyl frame needs to be refit and the screen needs to be re-mounted. This is not a massively challenging task, more just an annoying one but requires someone who is used to fixing things up. I've done this before and would do this myself but I'm not available this afternoon. I need someone who can be in the area to make this repair before some renters check into the house at 2 PM. I anticipate this job will take anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. I believe I have all the tools required at the house. Pay is $150 flat fee for the job.
