Description

Friends and relatives, ladies and gentlemen, let me spin you the Epic Saga of One eyed Jack Sparrow and his quest across the continent to find his one true owner! Found roaming the hot and scary streets of Los Angeles, one year old Jack was captured and taken into the Carson KILL Shelter. Yes that’s right, they kill dogs there! One day in early June, Jack met a most beautiful queen, who fell in love with his gentle demeanor and sweet disposition. She vowed to save his life and secure a good home for him! No one would adopt a one eyed husky when there were several available with no handicaps. Jack almost gave up hope! Meanwhile, the queen emailed and called everyone she could to try and find a way to bring him to the East Coast. From the long list of rescues available only two called back and were not able to provide help. Finally, the queen took a plane to Los Angeles, rented a car and began the journey home with Jack. He was so happy to see her!! On his travels, he encountered ground so hot he couldn’t walk on it, and People so kind in hotels they couldn’t give him enough cookies, many children gathered round him, and several dogs barking at him. Jack never felt the need to bark back. Jack reveled in the fenced dog park in Nebraska. He had never seen so much cool green grass! All through the journey, Jack quietly Provided emotional support for the queen driving nonstop. Even through thunder and lightning storms Jack kept her calm. Finally he arrived in New Hampshire. The sounds and smells were heaven to his senses! He even met three new resident dogs, Lilly, Cisco, and Tuukka, Scallywags all, and quickly made friends. Jack attended his first Fourth of July party on a pond in New Hampshire. Many children, adults and another dog were there, he charmed and loved them all. His first experience in the pond was absolutely joyful to watch. Chasing the little waves, And swimming over his head. Jack even got to eat his first hamburger! But alas, the queen has many subjects that already rely upon her, and cannot keep Jack. It was never the intention. Jack needs a home with a fenced yard or nice walks. He does come when he is called off leash, but he is a husky and they like to roam. He will need someone to spend time with him. He’s friendly to all and does not discriminate. However he has never met a cat. If you have room in your heart and home for a very wonderful one-year-old, one eyed jack, or know someone who might, please call or text me at . Jack wants you to know he’s only 42 pounds, loves to run really fast, Chew his bone, Play with his toys and chase chipmunks, he is neutered, completely up-to-date with vaccines and shots, and has been checked out personally by the Queens veterinarian.
