I am a professional artist in search of a detached garage or small empty space that I can rent for day time use to paint. I am easy going/ quiet/ and clean. some of the things I am looking for - strict covid precautions / social distancing - secure place for me to leave my (small) paintings and supplies - affordable (looking to spend 200-500 monthly depending on space) - private/safe - free of water damage and environmental toxins - local (los altos/ mountain view ideally) - separate entrance thank you!
