Benson Bright Preservation is hiring an individual to do yard maintenance at 9 vacant homes in the greater Midland/Odessa area (to see a map of the properties, see the picture attached to this ad or click this link: ) Each maintenance visit pays $50, and 9 yards in a day = $450 Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Some yards may not even need any work, but they still pay $50 just to take pictures of the yard. Equipment needed is a lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed. Payment for work performed will be sent after all properties are maintained via Cash App, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.
