Diesel Mechanic 6.5L Turbo Diesel engine

Description

I have a 1995 GMC Sierra with the 6.5L Turbo Diesel engine. I need a mechanic to come take a look at a issue I am having. It currently starts, runs, and drive. The longer it idles and drives the more it Boggs down. When you step on the gas it stalls the engine. Like it is starving for fuel. Runs fine until warms up. I will pay a good wage/rate to get this issue resolved.
