Get my outer tie rod nut loose in Knightdale!

Im changing my outer tie rods and can't get the nut loose that goes to the outer tie rod. $25 for 5 mins of work! Located near Target in Knightdale. Quick work for a mechanic who has experience with this.. I've got the tire off, it's jacked up, all you have to do is break the nut loose and the tie rod. I'm working on my car the next few weeks and there will be more work needed. The CV axle is the next thing I'm doing and I'd rather pay someone with experience. Hit me with an estimate.
