ShiTzu puppy needs better home

I need to rehome my female ShiTzu puppy, 5months old. She is playful, cuddly and cute. I had gotten her when I was sure that I had to put down my older dog, and thought that having a puppy before hand would make it easier. It turns out that my dog was fixable and she’s now alright. Now at 74 yo, it’s too much for me to have the two dogs, and I feel that I’m neglecting the sweet girl. I’d like to find a family who knows how to train puppies, and can give her the attention she deserves. She is very energetic sometimes and needs a brisk walk. She calms down nicely after exercise, and is a good cuddler. She will be easy to train: she’s motivated by treats, toys, petting and praise. She has the normal ShiTzu hair, that grows fast and is very soft. I’ll miss touching her and giving her tummy rubs. She has her first shots, but not yet the Rabies or Spay. She's 5 1/2 months old.
