All white cockatiel with semi cream-colored tail feathers. Last spotted in the neighborhood near Meadoview Rd. He responds to the name Cino (Tee-no). He is fully flighted and is people-friendly. Please text me if you have seen him around a certain area or have found him. There is a $300 reward.
