House Remodel Sub-Contractors Needed

We are launching a remodel project and looking for sub-contractors to assist with various phases of the project. If interested, please respond via email. To be considered your response must include: A) your phone number B) your available start-date, C) answer the questions below associated with the project you are interested in assisting. 1) Flooring Q: $/sq.ft for nail-down engineered hardwood installation Q: $/sq.ft for 8x8 tile installation on top of existing tile Q: $/sq.ft for Mosaic tile 12x12 installation including backer board installation 2) 8' Sliding door installation Q: Cost for removal of old + dumping + pick-up & installation of new 3) Demolition & Dump - Existing bathroom walls Q: Do you have experience demo'n wet-walls and walls with electrical in them Q: Hourly rate and charge for dumping (excluding dump fees) 4) Framing - New bathroom walls Q: What is your interior wall framing experience Q: Time and material rates - or request plans or site-visit for bid. 5) Plumbing all plumbing fixtures are moving ~ 3' on a 2nd story with access created through the floor. Q: What is your rough-in cost per fixture: Toilet, Tub, Vanity Sink Q: Do you install vanities & shower surrounds Q: What is your trim cost per fixture: Toilet, Tub, Vanity Sink 6) Windows - 12 IGU's are fogged or single pane looking to replace. 3 windows are on an atrium and need to be IGU's again. The other 9 windows are ground level with easy access, and I would consider updating to framed windows. Q: Are you comfortable setting up scaffolding and ladders to swap out IGU's on a 2nd story sloped Atrium Q: How do you contract your window jobs - fixed bid, time and materials Q: If you provide windows what type IGU or Framed and brands do you prefer 7) Board & Batt interior wall - installed over existing tonge and groove wood walls Q: Have you installed a Board & Batt interior wall before? (pictures encouraged) Q: Time and material rates - or request plans or site-visit for bid. 8) Ducting - We have a minor ducting project involving resetting two registers 14" lower in a floor after removing a platform. Q: How much to lower the two registers excluding all demo and other work
