I have multiple projects I would like to accomplish in my basement. A video walkthrough of the project is in the link to the Youtube video below. Also attached is a picture of the measurements. Please bid on the following projects: Project 1 - Conceal the existing wires by moving them above the rafters and adding bulkheads next to the (1) load bearing cross joist and (2) next to parallel wall by the bathroom. Drywall will need to be added to both as a part of the bulkhead, but no mudding / painting is needed. Project 2 - Build closets and doors for the following areas: a. Water meter in corner b. Electrical box c. Gas Meters. Project 3 - Add studs to the joists in the area I described as the drop ceiling in the video. Add drywall directly to the studs in most areas and add drywall to the studs you added in the area described as the drop ceiling. Also part of project 3 is wiring and adding recess lights in the areas described in the video. Add trim to the seams in the drywall. No mudding or painting is required. Add drywall to ceiling of bathroom. Note: By drop ceiling I don't mean ceiling tiles, I mean part of the drywall ceiling will need be 2 inches below the rest to conceal wires and pipes, so we need to add studs to make that part of the ceiling lower than the others. I envision having 4 x 4 pieces of drywall with the joints covered by trim 4 x 1 trim. Project 4 - In the video, I referenced 2 sets of water pipes that need to be cut and have elbows joints added to make them not stick out as far below the ceiling. Project 5 - Install fan in bathroom ceiling, need to punch through brick wall for ventilation. Video Link: Please provide a quote using the video link and attached dimensions. Please quote each of the 3 projects separately. I am seeking price for labor only, I will provide the materials if you provide a material list.
