I have a pile of projects that need completed over the next 2 months. Offering full time pay for 40 hrs / week of work at $18.50 / hour from 7:30-4:00 (or 7-3:30) daily in Falls Church, with the option for longer term hourly work on additional projects over time. Must be a self starter, reliable and able to work independently, strong attention to detail and hard worker, and 5-10+ years experience working in landscaping / hardscaping work and in light construction projects, and able to design solutions and deliver quality independently. Trips to purchase materials required in the job, so must have own truck or trailer and light equipment for the work. Local to the area is strongly preferred. Landscaping yard, including but not limited to: Spreading mulch, planting new plants, and cleaning up yard and landscaping. Mowing as needed Tree trimming and bush trimming Debris and trash hauling and removal Hardscaping yard, including but not limited to: Building new fence Laying stones and gravel for new patio and deck Leveling yard spaces, building retaining walls, and creating new hardscape structures including but not limited to new firepits, new deck areas, and more Applying mortar to brick stairs and building with new materials Other miscellaneous projects Construction / Handyman and Other Labor services, including but not limited to: Assembling pre-packaged sheds (purchased kits) and repairing existing exterior structures Building a new fence, repairing existing fence structures Installing outdoor light fixtures and other fixtures Cleaning gutters and repairing broken fixtures Help reinforce deck structures with new trax wood, where appropriate Power-washing exterior of home and other things as needed Painting, where needed Hablo un poco espanol, pero prefiero hablar en ingles.
