I have a small addition ready for these phases, and would like ONE person that can do it all - the slider is already installed. I paid someone to do it all and he, John Pettit "JPU Design Build" framed 2 walls and split along with another job so luckily my crew that was building another next door stepped in and got it to this stage. The pay is per scope so give me a price per phase and we'll talk. I have others in the works and the more you can do, the better. Also look out for Carlos Rodriguez "Handyworkz" he did the same so the ROC is after him too.
