Need Hvac installer/helper

Looking for an hvac installer/helper to help install a couple units. We will be doing the entire gambit on one from setting units to running new line sets. Prior experience is highly desired. Both are roof top units, one has stairway access and the other is ladder only. There will be a lead installer there but he won’t have time to shadow you all day.
