This is an affordable, hands on, online course for beginners and intermediate students who want a fun and effective way to grasp and explore the fundamentals of digital recording. We start with the basics: the user interface so you're in control from the beginning. Then we go into various aspects of recording, equipment, software, instruments and technique regarding music production. This is a fast paced no nonsense course that gets to the meat of what you need to know. The second part of the course is Audio Engineering. Here you will learn about various sound treatments such as compression, equilization, reverb and delays and various other effects. By the end of this course, you’ll have a working knowledge of various ways to produce tracks, edit audio, buss tracks and treat sounds. You'll have acquired the information needed for you to produce professioonal sounding audio projects. The techniques you'll learn to all of the various DAWs, music creation software and platforms on the market today. This is a 5 week course made to get you up, running and in the know of producing and mixing audio.
