DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT READING THOROUGHLY Need someone reliable and responsible 21 years and older. 1099 Subcontractor Position requires using personal vehicle to make deliveries. VEHICLE REQUIRED- SUV, MINI VAN, CARGO VAN Requirements for position.... COVID VACCINATION and must be willing to undergo weekly testing to be able to enter facilities, must pass drug test(your expense), get HIPPA Certification if you do not already have one (your expense of $30), must pass a background check, upgrade vehicle insurance to $100,000/$300,000 liability/bodily injury coverage. Job Description We have • 8 routes that get delivered starting at 6:30pm Monday - Friday. • 1 route going out at 3pm • 2 routes on Saturday going out at 2pm • Route times average between 4-9.5 Total Hours with multiple “stops” to deliver to on that route. A route consists of... • Picking up medications from a long term care pharmacy in plastic totes, lunch style coolers, Styrofoam coolers, fishing tackle box style containers, paper sacks, etc. • Deliver medications to long term care facilities throughout surrounding areas of pharmacy. • Then drop off empty containers back at the pharmacy after last facility/stop on route. Need to be able to drive for long periods of time and in bad weather if needed, be able to lift non-heavy packages, wear uniform. Pay • Paid per delivery or route, at a flat rate price that combines time, fuel used, and mileage. • Fuel Surcharge percentage added on top of flat rate price to pay for steady increase in fuel price. • Pay is 2 weeks delayed, need to be able to pay for fuel for vehicle for 2 weeks then at that 2 week mark weekly direct deposit will start from beginning week and so on.
