HELP FIXING 1994 Ford F-350xl 5.8 Uhaul Box

I have a 1994 Ford F-350xl Uhaul Box truck with a 5.8 gas, I was driving it's been very reliable. It just stopped. Plenty of gas It turns over but no spark. It had very low oil so I topped it off still no spark. Need someone whos very familiar with ignition system who can fix.
