We are looking to onboard a hard-working genuine General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the St. Louis Market to rehab homes, facilitate turns, and residential service calls (maintenance). This GM will coordinate contract crews to get it done in the rehabs/turns! We have an admin team who schedules and coordinates the maintenance calls. --->Must be familiar with property rehab work including: basic plumbing electrical painting drywall roofing *****A must have ability---> be able to handle and schedule contractors to complete rehab/turn work on time. Includes some material handling. You need to be an organized individual who can operate as a team player within our internal team, external entities, and speak respectful to all people we have dealings with. ******Mandatory for this position---> have verifiable work history in the property construction trades.
