Do you do have skills in following.
Electrician, plumber, framer, drywall/finisher, windows, siding, kitchen, bath, tiler, mason, roofer, paint, demo, floors, floor finisher. All phases of Rehab, and flips.
What do you do proficiently. We are looking for all phases of Rehab.
Must do quality work at reasonable rates, this is not home owner pricing. But will keep the right persons or crew busy.
Must have transportation, tools to do job right, do what you say you can do.
No drugs on the job or under the influence, no drunks.

We may require references.
