Our portfolio consists of over 6 million sq. ft. of premier office and flex-space projects. Additionally, Olen’s multi-family portfolio consists of over 17,000 apartment units in 51 residential communities located in Nevada, Florida, Arizona, Georgia. Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. OLEN is seeking a full-time Maintenance Porter for commercial properties located in central Orange County, CA. Candidate should have experience in general repairs, office refurbishment and interior/exterior building maintenance. Responsibilities • Remove trash and debris from property grounds and clean entry glass doors. • Check all vacant suites daily, clean as needed. • Repair or replace lights, replace ceiling tiles. • Sweep and hose off exterior walkways, wipe down all exterior mullions and soffits, wipe spider webs off vacant suites-interior and exterior and clean entry doors. • Painting curbs as directed. • Pressure washing of common area grounds. • Assist Maintenance Technicians when directed by the Property Manager. • Assist Property Manager as needed. Qualifications/Skills • Clean DMV driving record and current automobile insurance coverage required. • Must have own vehicle and small tools • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Team player attitude. • Ability to work with small hand tools • Problem solving ability • Time management skills Physical Demands: • Required to frequently walk, stoop, bend, climb stairs and drive to various properties. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance. • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
