We are an Orange County based real estate investment and property management company seeking a Full-Time Relief / Maintenance Manager to work at our self-storage facilities in Southern California. As a Full-Time Relief / Maintenance Manager, you will act as a crucial member of our team by striving to build positive experiences for our customers. We seek employees with integrity and passion for helping others. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated individual willing to collaborate with Property Managers to increase income, streamline procedures, and keep up the physical condition of the property. The main focus will be on light maintenance and cleaning of the property grounds, but will also require ability to cover all office and administrative duties in the managers’ absence. Hours/Days: Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm (with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed) Duties include: • Light maintenance including cleaning units, landscape watering and weeding, and sweeping drive aisles; • Fielding incoming phone calls and emails; • Taking payments; • Minimizing delinquency through consistent collection efforts; • Showing and renting units; Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation & proof of insurance as some off-site driving will be required.
