Established Pool Construction Company has an opening for Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of duties required to maintain vehicles, equipment, grounds and facilities to expected levels of performance and production readiness. Minimum Requirements: • An understanding of basic math and use of a calculator. • Have an ability to communicate effectively in English. • General auto and & equipment maintenance & repairs knowledge. • Good manual dexterity. • Ability to lift 30 lbs. • Management reserves the right to deviate from these requirements as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections and tasks. Including Oiling and lubricating of machines following manufacturer's specs, Inspecting and replacing filters, Inspecting machines for oil and coolant leaks. Must Maintain a clean and safe work area around machines. General grounds maintenance including trimming, mowing, small maintenance, plumbing, electrical, etc. Skills & Attributes: 1. Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift. 2. Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail. 3. Communicates well verbally and in writing. 4. Possess good interpersonal, listening, and participation skills including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees. 5. Knowledge of appropriate safety practices and techniques. 6. Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools. 7. Strong skills and aptitude in math. 8. Ability to competently use and understand testing equipment. 9. Operate equipment such as Mini Excavator or Skid Steer a plus. Pay based on Experience. Pre-employment drug test required.
