Need a small trailer fixed.

I have a small trailer 5x7. That the bottom bar separated from trailer. Must be fixed where it is. Trailer has 5 ft sides and cannot be flipped over. Can be put on its side though. I have been burned before by Craigslist.. I will meet you where trailer is and get whatever necessary parts you need. I will pay labor costs after it is repaired. Would prefer to be fixed tomorrow if possible. Zip code in ad is not where trailer is.
