Learn a trade while being paid! Qualifications. 1. Great attitude 2. Very hard worker 3. Can drive to job sites 4. Willing to be humble and learn a trade 5. Attention to detail 6. Loves to work with hands Experience: If you have any experience with landscaping, concrete finishing, stucco or masonry, you are more than likely used to the hard work and pace needed to plaster a pool. 4-6 weeks of training in either (Nor Cal, Florida, or San Diego) and move up to $25/hour if you make it through training. Higher pay is available from $25-$40/hour as you gain experience and ability. Medical and Dental benefits are available. Must come to our office to apply.
