Looking for someone with references who’s reliable, skilled, and has their own tools to do simple tasks, simple electrical and plumbing. We need someone every few months to help out. We want an ongoing work relationship. We wait until we have enough for 1-2 days, 6-8 hrs a day. Lots of small miscellaneous jobs around the house and yard. No complex electrical or plumbing. We always pay cash. PLEASE PROVIDE: Your hourly rate, your location, whether you have your own tools, and any things you are especially skilled at. WE CURRENTLY HAVE TONS OF WORK: - installing shower doors - installing grab bars in the shower - repairing some cracked grout - cutting and installing baseboards in the bathroom - installing new towel bar, towel ring, drawer pulls, etc, in bathroom - small paint jobs - installing usb electrical outlets to replace old outlets - repairing a door threshold that’s noisy - installing a replacement ceiling fan (the electrical is already there for the existing fan) - installing dimmer switch to replace old switch - installing new switch plates - installing a filtered water faucet and under-sink water filter - assembling a pre-made cabinet/shelf - installing weather stripping on doors - repairing dry rot Thank you
