Looking for a helper to work Monday - Thursday and some Fridays. Pay is $130 a day. Must have experience in mowing, weedeating, edging, blowing and light trimming. We mow between 18-25 rental houses a day. The houses take around 10-15 minutes each. Most of the day is the drive time between the houses. The crew is usually back around 4/5 pm. We do pay some bonus at the end of the month. Crew each received $175 bonus last month. We meet near Deland High School at the shop. We do not allow smoking on any clients properties or in the truck. You work about 3 hours a day and the rest is drive time. This is not a hard job, as opposed to doing an apartment complex where you park all day. The ac in the truck works and cools you down between each house. We take taxes out and report to the IRS. We do not pay you cash or under the table. Pay is weekly either Thursday or if you are working Friday, then pay is Friday. We do not hold a weeks check, if you work during the week you get paid that same week. No neck or face tattoos since we have some properties that do not allow it. I would prefer someone that can drive to help out but not necessary. We DO NOT install Sod, or plants. Sometimes we do install some mulch but it is only 6 bags, not pallets. Must be able to work outside in the Florida heat, carry 40 lbs. Must be reliable and have transportation to work.
