Are you stuck in a dead-end job? Tired of working weekends? Tired of burning through all your own tools? We're looking for a full time, year round, in-home installer for window coverings (blinds, shades, shutters). We primarily work in new, high end homes. You will drive a company van and will use company provided tools. You will have a national support team. We have a 4 day work week and flexible scheduling. There will be a full training so you will be set up for success. This is a full time position. Our #1 focus as a company is customer service. You must be able to deliver high quality, face to face customer service with the homeowners you meet. Installs will happen in the local Tampa area. If you perform well in this position you could move up to a salesperson and/or transfer to South Florida, Nashville or Indianapolis.
