help unload buffet piece of furniture and do some rearranging, etc in trailer

I have a delivery here in Melbourne I need some help with. It's just one piece but it is heavy and has glass doors so we have to be real careful with it. After we get unloaded we need to take the trailer to a Home Depot parking lot and do some rearranging. There is a leather couch needs some cleaning, we need to check the condition of everything and get the trailer loaded in order of delivery.
