Cocoa Beach Best Vacation Rentals is family owned and operated. We have been proudly serving the Cocoa Beach community for over 15 years. We are hiring (experienced) cleaners to join our growing team. We manage approximately 40+ properties in the Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral area and specialize is short term vacation rentals. These properties need regular cleanings and maintenance. That's where you come in! Here's what we would expect from you: You're willing to learn and like to clean. Reliability is KEY. Our clients count on us week in and week out. It's part of what makes us THE BEST. You can physically do the job without restrictions. You can ditch the gym membership because cleaning is a great way to workout, but it's not for someone afraid of manual labor. You have a valid Driver's License and vehicle with insurance. You must have a clean background. Speeding tickets are ok, but unfortunately, we can't hire anyone with a criminal record due to insurance requirements. This is a subcontractor (1099) position. We pay a flat rate per unit cleaned. This flat rate will change depending on size of the unit and number of bedrooms.
