SEEKING BUILDING MAINTENANCE PERSON/PORTER FOR A SMALL MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY IN FLUSHING: MUST CURRENTLY LIVE OR WORK IN FLUSHING ----------------------------- Compensation: $170-190 for a Full Month of Completed Work for 6-8 hours/month (works out to around $21-31/hr). You will Paid Based On Completed Tasks Only (see details below). ----------------------------- FIRST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH: $30 Extra for Mopping - Sweep and mop hallways and stairways. EVERY TUESDAY (after 4pm): $20 for Completed Tasks 1) Make sure trash and recycled items are properly sorted and organized, and put out on the curb. Sometimes remove large trash items (like furniture, construction materials, etc). 2) Spot Sweep Entire Property (Sidewalk/Front, Driveway, & Backyard). EVERY FRIDAY (after 4pm): $15 for Completed Tasks 1) Take out Trash only to curb (after 4 pm). 2) Spot Sweep Entire Property (Sidewalk/Front, Driveway, & Backyard). ----------------------------- You MUST: - CURRENTLY LIVE OR WORK IN FLUSHING - Speak English - Be Vaccinated - Go thru a Background check - Be able to perform heavy lifting when necessary To apply, send your resume to: [email protected]
