Level 1 is a maintenance Porter who will clean and maintain a safe environment and offers $15/hr. Level 2 is a jr handy man/woman, working with a Superintendent: Must have some experience with painting/ sparkling, light electrical ( assist change outlets or switches) light plumbing (assist with changing faucets or fixing small plumbing repairs). Level 2 pays 16.25-17.00/hr Both are immediate offers, quick interviews. * Performed other duties related to facilities as assigned by supervisor. * Basic Porter Maintenance responsibilities with on the job training to learn new things.
