Park Pals and Bee’s Knees Speech Therapy are working together to bring you this fun new pilot program, free of charge but with limited spots available. We have opened 12 seats for our “sensory friendly” version of Park Pals and invite you to register for each week you will be able to attend. PLEASE select the number of tickets you need- representing the number of children in your group. Adults do not need a ticket. This is an early childhood focused event however all ages are welcome to join if developmentally appropriate for your loved one. We sing songs like The Wheels on the Bus, Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, Shake Your Sillies out and more!
Sensory Friendly can mean so many things, so we invite you to share with us about your family's needs and we will make every effort to accommodate.
For now, we are planning on softer/quieter music, longer transitions between activities, calm down space and tactile fidget toys. Gina, SLP, will be assisting with the set up of these sensory friendly sessions and available for you to meet, ask questions and hear about her speech services as well.
