Description
NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville firefighters battled an apartment fire early Wednesday in the 700 block of Inland Circle. The fire broke out just before 6 a.m. in a three-story apartment building.
When fire crews got to the scene, they found smoke coming from the front door of the apartment building. Further investigation led them to discover a fire in the kitchen of a first-floor apartment.
The fire was put out within less than 15 minutes, according to Naperville fire officials. A resident who had evacuated the building was evaluated on the scene and released.
No residents were displaced as a result of the fire.
